First time visitors to Washington State are often amazed at the size and diversity of our beautiful state. Don't plan to see it all in a couple of days. Very few places in the world offer the diversity found in Washington State.

Getting around Washington is not difficult, but can require some advance travel planning. Below are links to several web sites that you may find useful when making your travel plans. Remember, you can always ask your hosts. Innkeepers are experts in helping folks plan a memorable trip.


Transportation:
  • Sea-Tac International Airport
    Serving as the gateway to Western Washingtion, Sea Tac International Airport is the largest commercial airport in Washington State. Located just 10 miles south of Seattle and 20 miles north of Tacoma.
  • Spokane International Airport
    Spokane International Airport provides service to the eastern part of Washington.
  • Washington State Ferries
    Chances are traveling around Western Washington you may encounter ferry travel. Planning can be critical, especially on holiday weekends. This site will provide ferry schedules and rate information on all Washington State Ferries, as well as a link to all non state run ferries.
